Right on Ponte Vecchio, this is the best location in Florence. Everything we wanted to see was within a ten-minute walk, and the price was excellent for the spot. The hotel staff were hard to find, though very helpful once we did. Cleanliness could also be a little better. Still, it was a very good choice for Florence.

Simona gave us a nice welcome when we arrived, and the location is great for Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, and the other Florence attractions. The room was basic, with some mould under the window. The shower needed cleaning, though the water pressure was very good. We shouldn’t have had to ask twice for toilet paper. There’s potential here, but some things need attention. I probably wouldn’t stay again and can’t really recommend it.

We enjoyed the stay, and it was good value, with a helpful host and an excellent location. The room was functional, with a good mattress, but it’s not a five-star place. The Wi-Fi could be much faster.

A homely residential B&B right in the heart of Florence, with very helpful staff. Breakfast is the sparse Italian kind, not like an international hotel spread. Quite worth the price.

The room looked nothing like the photos. The shower drain was clogged, and neither the bathroom nor bedroom window could be locked. The location is the only good thing.
