At check-in, the woman was incredibly helpful and friendly. She explained the keys clearly and gave us a thorough list of nearby restaurants, local markets, breakfast and lunch spots, and laundry services. The neighborhood felt safe after dark, with local residents around. The hotel was an ideal base, about 15 minutes from the train station and walkable to the main sights near the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.

The high ceilings and frescoes make the rooms look lovely, and both the location and service were good. But the pillows were paper-thin and the bed uncomfortable. For what the accommodation costs, better pillows and mattresses would make a real difference.

It was easy to get around safely, with everything nearby for a tourist. The rooms felt cozy and used high-quality bedding materials, while the rooms and hotel staff had an elegant feel. The location is perfect.

We found this place stunning, and the staff were polite and helpful. They even had our room ready ahead of time to make check-in easier. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with lots of great bars and restaurants, while still close to the attractions and museums to see in Florence. We really recommend it.
