We spent three nights here in May 2019. The receptionist was a very kind, lovely woman, and the location worked well for us, about a 20-minute walk to the historic center. The hotel and my room were always clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was good, but starting at 8 or 8:30 was late for us. The only issue we had was with the power outlet.

The room was spacious and clean, and our breakfast was already set up there for us. Guests could also use a cappuccino maker and other things outside the bedroom. The woman who welcomed my girlfriend and me was very nice, explained how everything worked, and shared tips about Florence. I was pleasantly surprised by the stay and would recommend it to friends.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the location was good. The owners were friendly, and coffee and tea were free. Nothing to complain about.

Clean, quiet, and friendly, with good value for the money. The location is great, just a stone’s throw from the Duomo. I’d choose this place again.

Comfortable and clean, though the street below gets noisy. Expect to hear some cars before you fall asleep.
