The location is good, but there were a lot of problems. Check-in was an hour late, and with no reception, we had to hope a cleaner would be around to help. Replies on booking com and WhatsApp were very slow, and communication overall was poor. We couldn’t leave our bags for another hour or two after checkout. There was no room service or daily cleaning, though the place was described as a hotel. The doors are very thin, so a noisy neighbor could be a problem. The safe didn’t work, and neither did the lamps, as shown in the video.

We were subjected to racist comments and open disrespect from the host. He told us he “does not care about us” and that we are “not worth respect.” When we asked for extra sheets, he called it a “stupid request” and started insulting us. Later, he demanded that we leave in the middle of the night and kept sending threatening messages the next morning, including a threat to call the police if we didn’t go. No one was there for checkout until the cleaner arrived at 11:00. He ignored our calls several times and returned just one after we’d tried repeatedly. He said a manager would come, but nobody showed up. We were repeatedly harassed and called psychopaths. After we reported what happened through Booking, the host escalated the threats instead of trying to resolve things. We have screenshots of the chats. This was degrading and threatening behavior, far beyond a bad hosting experience.

I booked my room at least three months ahead, but the hotel canceled the day before our reservation and emailed to say it had overbooked. That completely disrupted our stay. I’ve seen other reviews suggesting this happens often, so if you need a reliable booking, I wouldn’t stay here.

Our room lock didn’t work, and the manager never answered our repeated calls and messages. They were completely unreachable and came across as untrustworthy and very unprofessional. After this terrible experience, the place felt more like a scam than a real hotel. Stay away.
