Rivoli Boutique Hotel

The hotel and restaurant teams gave very good service, and the central location was convenient. Breakfast was solid, apart from what I’m fairly sure were powdered eggs. There’s a small bar with a moderate selection. Our recently remodeled room was nice and large by European standards, though the bed and every pillow were very firm. I wish at least some of the pillows had been medium or soft. The shower drained a little poorly on our last night, but not enough to need a room change. I’d recommend the hotel and may come back.

Getting around was easy, with the attractions, river, and train station all within convenient reach. We had a wonderful break at hotel Rivoli. From arrival to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful, polite, and informative, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Our room was stunning, the bed super comfortable, and I especially loved the bathroom, including the colored lights in the huge shower. I’d recommend it 100%.

The Rivoli Boutique hotel felt cozy, comfortable, artsy, and unique, with beautiful architecture and several sitting rooms. The interior decor was outstanding, and the service was immaculate. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. Our renovated room had plenty of space for luggage and shopping, gorgeous herringbone wood floors, and a marble bathroom with a rain shower. The location was prime, an easy walk to the city center and two blocks from the SM Train Station. Through my travel advisor at Fora Travel, we had complimentary daily breakfast and spa access. The spa had a steam room, sauna, turkish shower, small outdoor pool, indoor loungers, and tea. We used it every night. A big shoutout to Tommaso, who made sure we were comfortable and that the stay exceeded expectations, which it very much did. Thanks to the whole Rivoli team for making us feel at home and excited to be in Florence. I’d absolutely recommend this lovely hotel and stay again next time.

The hotel restaurant turned out to be one of the best experiences of our stay. Eleven of us arrived from the States, adults and children aged 10 to 15, tired and hungry, so we ate there the first night instead of going far. They accommodated everyone, suggested dishes, and we ordered different things to share family-style. Every meal was perfectly prepared, hot, and delicious, and the whole group’s choices filled us up while leaving room for dessert. Getting all the food out at once for such a large party was impressive. The head waiter, I think his name was Francesco, was remarkable, like a conductor leading an orchestra. The reception staff were friendly and professional, and our rooms were clean, with good AC, showers, and restrooms. The beds were comfortable.
