The place felt cosy and clean, and the host was really nice. Breakfast is simple but there’s plenty of it. Great value, too, and the location worked very well.

Maria Cristina was the part of the stay I’ll remember most. I was traveling alone and had an upsetting problem unrelated to the accommodation. I didn’t ask her for help, but she seemed to understand what had happened and comforted me. I saw her each morning, and it felt like having a mother figure looking out for me. Thank you so much, I plan to come back. I stayed in attic room number 4, which had lots of space, and I slept perfectly. Guests can use the shared kitchen, where the owner leaves cantuccini and vino santo each day. There’s plenty of cookware and a refrigerator if you’d rather make a meal than eat out. The covered shared terrace was also a lovely place to get fresh air, even in the rain.
