The location is hard to beat. As other people's photos show, it's just outside the Duomo, with loads of shops and sights within walking distance. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Prices are reasonable, and we chose the "deluxe" option, which got us a large room and bath plus breakfast tickets for a terrific cafe two doors down.

Right beside Duomo di Firenze, Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Flower. Laura was friendly and helpful. Our room faced inward, so it was nice and quiet, and the AC worked well.

Our room looked out at the duomo, and the location was great while still being very quiet. It was clean and had a great shower. There are stairs up to the room and no lift, so keep that in mind.

The room was spacious and clean, with a view of the nearby cathedral. It's an easy walk to the train station, five minutes or less. The location was lovely, but the street noise from people out late was really loud. This "hotel" is basically a set of rented rooms without front desk staff. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is unbeatable and the desk service was perfect, but the mattress was horrible. They advertise breakfast as included online, but what they provide isn't really breakfast, just cold snacks. There's cereal in a small packet, but no bowl or spoon. Water was provided only on the first day, though finding water in Italy isn't a problem. Music from somewhere was extremely loud from 10-12pm.
