The location suited what we needed, and the air conditioning worked well, unlike in other European hotels we’d stayed at. We had a very enjoyable visit, with wonderful rooms, a spa and staff. Cecilia gave an amazing massage, which you could book for an additional cost. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this hotel.

The food had an excellent range and was very high quality, and the breakfast staff who looked after us were wonderfully attentive. The location was great, and the staff were amazing, always happy to help. I booked the trip as a surprise for my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary in August’25. It’s one of the classiest hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe, and I can’t recommend it enough. We must return. Thank you for the experience.

The spa was lovely, the room itself was nice, and both the breakfast waiter and cleaning staff were great. But the room was on the ground floor and noisy, despite the receptionist telling me it wouldn't be a problem. The bigger issue was a medical emergency. My girlfriend became seriously unwell, and when I asked the receptionist for urgent help, he said he had only started in November and didn't know the procedure. He chuckled, messaged the manager, and found phone numbers online that turned out to be wrong. I had to find the right number myself using AI, and an ambulance eventually took her to hospital. He never checked whether we were okay or showed any concern. She was still unwell the next day, so I asked for water, since the hotel doesn't provide it daily. At checkout I was charged €6 for it, and he still didn't ask how she was after knowing she'd been hospitalized. This was unacceptable and dangerous. The hotel also refused to compensate us.

Just outside the ZTL zone, so there's no special permit to worry about. The hotel has parking with EV charging, plus a nice spa. It's a clean design hotel with lovely details, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easygoing. The downtown area is nearby.
