Tornabuoni Apartment

Alessandra and her team made us feel like valued guests, and her kindness is what made our stay so memorable. Before we arrived, she arranged something that became one of the most meaningful experiences of our trip. My mother had always dreamed of seeing the Tuscan countryside and its wineries. Alessandra set up a private tour with Lorenzo, an incredible guide who took us to three wineries. The day was a highlight of our month in Italy and of our lives, and Alessandra did it simply out of kindness, not for a fee or because she had to. Our suite was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with an old Renaissance feel. It had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher, a generous living area, and two separate bedrooms with privacy doors, which worked perfectly for a family or group. The location was just as good, right in the heart of Florence and surrounded by elegant shops, gelaterias, and restaurants. The city’s famous museums and landmarks were only a short walk away. Tornabuoni Suites Collection exceeded our expectations for space, design, and location, but the care from the people there mattered most. We’d happily stay again. If you want a luxurious Florence stay with warm hospitality, this place is hard to beat.

I’d happily come back. The bed was really comfortable, and having a balcony was a lovely extra. The kitchen was well equipped, and the location made it easy to walk to the Duomo, shops, and restaurants.

We loved our beautifully furnished and decorated room, especially the King Size bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfectly placed for exploring Florence. We’d very much recommend it.

The room was lovely and well furnished. The buildings around it are about the same height, so the view is limited, but you can lean out and look down the street in either direction. That was nice. The location is just up the street from a fountain where locals practice singing at night. With the windows open, you can hear them, and the sound carries beautifully through the narrow streets. It was pretty amazing. We did run short on hot water a few times, and we had no WiFi for the whole stay. Staff looked into it while we were there, but didn’t seem able to fix it or do much about it. My data use in Florence went up sharply as a result, which is why I’ve taken off a star. There’s no front desk or door person at night. You use your keys to enter the dark hallway, take the elevator, then walk to your floor and room. We had no trouble with it, but it’s useful to know in advance.
