Tornabuoni View

The view lived up to what was promised: we looked out over the square and listened to a tenor singing arias. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms and shared spaces were well maintained. Tornabuoni View is in a lovely, safe, rather posh part of central Florence, with an ideal location. The service was just as memorable. Before we arrived, we couldn’t get through to our favorite Florence restaurant, so Eleonora went there in person and made the reservation for us. She also gave us a warm welcome at check-in, made sure breakfast items were available before our early flight, and booked a dependable taxi. The staff and owner were quick to respond throughout.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, especially the freshly baked cake and croissants. We found the room comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The B&B is wonderfully central, so getting around Florence was easy and everything felt close by. Eleonora was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had a really great stay and would happily return next time we’re in Florence. Highly recommended.

We had a really pleasant stay and would happily return when we're in Florence. The room was nicely decorated, very large, and had great beds and pillows, which matters a lot to me. Since I only sleep well when it's quiet, they put us in room 6 at the back, and it was peaceful. The B&B has a lovely breakfast spot and very friendly staff, and the location is perfect. A couple of small suggestions: our towels weren't changed after the second night, and the bread at breakfast was baked very hard. The other couple staying there at the same time noticed it too. There could also be more variety in the cold cuts, as I don't eat salami and was served it all three mornings. Just advice, since we really enjoyed the place.

The staff were so nice and made sure we enjoyed both the B&B and Florence. We were very happy with the spotless facilities, which had everything we needed, and our room overlooking the square was amazing. Breakfast was simple but very good, with some kind of freshly baked treat each morning. The air conditioner was a little loud, though it did the job when we needed it. We loved staying here. It was a perfect start to our trip through Italy.
