Great staff, a beautiful apartment, and a great location. The beds, chairs, and sofa were all good. We were on the third floor, with views, and there’s a lift. Recommend!

We felt safe and well cared for by the lovely hosts, and there was a shared living room with extra space to use. The place was clean, with both air conditioning and heat. Its location was perfect, just steps from plenty of restaurants and gelato shops. We had a wonderful two-night stay and would come back. Thanks for having us!

The beds and pillows were very, very comfortable, and the service was excellent. We had a lovely two-night stay at Toscanelli Residenza. The location worked really well for us, and I'd highly recommend the accommodation based on that alone.

We loved the neighborhood, with its restaurants and shops, and it was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see in Florence. The room was spacious and comfortable. Paola and Andrew were kind and kept in touch well. This place was fantastic, and we'd definitely stay again.

The loft room had an incredible view and was very clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful from the start, and all the little touches made the stay special. They made up the room daily, refilled the water, made the bed, folded clothes we’d left there, and brought fresh linens. We had a great time. It did get quite warm in the room. We slept on top of the bedding with a lighter blanket and were still hot, possibly because we were high up in the loft. Amazing stay otherwise!
