The location works well if you want a countryside feel with nearby tram or metro access and places to eat. The hosts speak several languages, including Italian, English, Spanish, and French. And say hi to the villa kittens, Meatball and Breadstick, wandering around the grounds if you visit. Francesca gave us great transport advice and made us feel safe, like our Italian mom. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they were flexible about our early arrival and kept our bags safe. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with the best cappuccino we had and such lovely energy from our host. I’m a germaphobe, and I felt really comfortable and clean here. It was the best B&B stay my partner and I could have asked for. A must if you’re in Tuscany!

Villa Incontri is beautiful and peaceful, and still close enough to public transit for getting to Florence’s attractions easily. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Roberto and Francesca were terrific hosts who made the stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and hope to return on another visit to Florence. It’s a wonderful B&B in lovely surroundings, tucked into a quiet area but with quick public transport into the center. Sig. Incontri is a charming, clever, and funny host. Breakfast is very good, and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. If culture, history, and nature matter to you, this is a great place.

We picked this hotel partly because it has free parking on site. Many places nearer the center don’t offer parking, and paid options are expensive. The tram stop is a short walk away, so getting to the city center was easy. We stayed two nights during our Italy trip. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, the rooms are large and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Roberto took time to share his experience and get to know us, and his wife made a delicious breakfast. The strawberry cake was amazing. They offered to show us around the property and gardens and suggested local restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. It feels like a real villa, with a lovely atmosphere and kind owners who care about your stay. I’d absolutely come back.
