The house is lovely, and there are shops and good restaurants nearby. I walked to the city walls in under 20 minutes, though you can also take a bus into town. It’s a peaceful spot if you want a break from Florence. My room was spacious, with a balcony and the view shown in the pictures. The owners welcomed me warmly when I arrived at their beautiful 15th-century home. They’re friendly, speak excellent English, and have plenty of great stories. I felt at home straight away. Make time to enjoy the house and get to know them.

A lovely villa with a pool in a calm spot just outside Florence. It’s easy enough to reach town by bus or taxi, and it was nice being away from the city’s bustle. The owners were great and happy to help with anything. On our first evening, they even drove us to the supermarket.

Catching the last 36 or 37 bus from the bridge stop at night felt like heading home. That’s how comfortable this place became for me. It’s safe, clean, warm, and beautiful, with a quiet, graceful feel and a sense of history. The city center has plenty going on, but I’d rather spend a calm, easy day at this B&B. The moment you open the door, it’s hard not to fall for the place. People call Firenze a city of art and history, and this stay has its own memories too.

Really great.

The owner was easygoing and took time to explain things and share useful information. He speaks good Spanish. The cottage itself is rustic, lovely, and carefully renovated, with lots of space and everything two people need. The only drawback is the 10-minute walk, but I thought the location made it worthwhile.
