Wine Apartments Florence Moscato

Rude and inflexible. They threaten to charge you if you don't take out the garbage or leave towels on the floor, and they don't respond to messages. A loud compressor outside the window starts up every day at 0630. Stay somewhere else.

We stayed three days, or two nights, and liked the location and room 105, which has a balcony. The balcony wasn't clean, though, and it was a shame that the towels weren't replaced each day. I saw a cupboard with sheets in the front room, but there were no clean towels to use instead. That was disappointing.

The location is amazing, and the ceiling is beautiful. We also appreciated the wine. But the room has no windows and wasn't especially clean, and the owners make quite a few small requests that get annoying. There were problems from the start. Hotels this central in Florence arrange driving permits for guests, but this place doesn't.

The apartment was so bad that we left and moved to a hotel. It was dirty, mouldy, and generally shabby. You are liars as well as cheats. People can see how different your pictures are from the real apartment. I've attached the booking confirmation and our WhatsApp correspondence, so try denying that I stayed there.
