The location is great, and the staff are nice. The room has been newly renovated and is cozy, clean, and very comfortable.

The interior design is amazing, and there’s a lovely scent throughout the place. I slept exceptionally well, and the espresso was the best. They hadn’t missed a detail. Truly impressive!

The room’s atmosphere felt like a jail, and we were quite depressed there. It was small, with outdated decorations and no facilities, more like a dormitory. The pictures don’t match reality, and we could hear all the neighbors because the rooms are separate spaces in one apartment. It was very noisy. The washroom is outside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. I know they mention this in the description, and it’s my mistake for not reading carefully, but I never imagined a place costing 200€ per night would have no bathroom connected to the room. The owner will probably reply that I got the room I chose. Honestly, this was the worst place I’ve stayed for the price. I don’t understand the high rating and reviews. Either the people who wrote them are used to really bad conditions and see this as a luxury, or the comments and ratings are fake. I don’t usually write bad reviews because I don’t want to hurt a business, but I can’t make sense of this place.

For the location and room size, it was a good price. The room was always clean and a good size, and the hotel is about a five-minute walk from the bus and train stations. We stayed seven nights. Service was mixed: some nights we didn’t get fresh towels, while other nights they left a bottle of water on the desk. There were several mosquitoes, probably because staff opened the windows. The shower took more than 10 minutes to drain. I also had a phone charger shipped to the hotel, and staff accepted the package for me. Overall, 3 stars.
