There were no windows or balcony, despite what the listing advertised. The room was tiny and stuffy, with no chairs and just one narrow wall table that was broken. We had to eat breakfast in or on the bed, which didn't feel hygienic. Flashing lights around the room couldn't be switched off at night, and the fridge kept making noise all night. Getting luggage to the second floor meant carrying it up a very long, narrow staircase, so it's not suitable for heavy bags. I won't return or recommend this place.

The rooms had no windows, and the booking description was completely inaccurate. It listed a kitchen and balcony, but neither was available. When we asked for a refund, they blocked our number. A terrible hotel. Avoid it.

There was no reception when we arrived, and someone remotely opened a gloomy room for us. It had none of the windows, terrace, or kitchen access promised in the listing. We asked for the room we had booked, but were told that wasn't possible, and the booking was cancelled. Our money still hasn't been returned, so we've contacted our legal insurance to handle it. Scam!

The room you get may have no windows and be different from what was advertised. When I asked for a refund, I was blocked. I've taken legal action. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were warm and kind. I'd definitely recommend it.
