Hotel Forum

The massage chairs were the best part for me. The hotel is in a good spot and clean, but it feels very dated and hasn’t been brought up to current standards. My room was perhaps 500 square feet, yet the shower was tiny, maybe 10 square feet, and there was hardly room to turn around. I’d take a roomy, comfortable shower over a jacuzzi tub. I couldn’t find a power outlet by the bed or in the bedroom for my computer or phone, so I had to charge things in the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic. The large lobby seems designed to impress, though it’s old-fashioned too.

The staff did everything they could to make our stay convenient, and we’ll definitely return to this particular place. We spent more than a week here and loved the warmth, professionalism, and high level of comfort. The rooms, garden area, food, and services were all excellent.

There wasn’t a single thing I could fault during our two nights. I never felt like I was among strangers in a hotel, it was more like staying with another family in Italy. The staff were lively and cheerful, the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we enjoyed the small pool with friends and family. There’s also a separate spot with soft music where you can relax over an evening drink, plus free massage chairs. Our room was great, with a good mattress and pillows, and the bathroom had a bathtub and bidet.

The rooms are roomy, with green countryside stretching for miles from the windows. Forum Hotel is a lovely place to get a feel for the Italian countryside, with warm hospitality and a great breakfast. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and polite. There’s plenty of parking, and it’s only five minutes from the autostrada. The hotel is near the outlet shopping by Valdi Chiani.
