The house had plenty of space, worked well for us, and was furnished in a modern style. It was spotless, and the host was kind and helpful, even suggesting some excellent tourist spots that aren't as well known. We all had a wonderful time at "Il Piccolo Borgo" in August, staying with my girlfriend and two friends. It's very central and handy for exploring Umbria, though driving to the apartment is a little awkward because the street is so narrow and there isn't parking right outside. There's a large free public car park nearby. Highly recommended.

The free pickup from the train station was a remarkable extra, and I really appreciated it. I chose the place somewhat by chance after reading reviews on various websites, as I had several reasons to be in Foligno. The room was excellent, and both it and the private bathroom were clean and sanitized. Communication beforehand and the service during my stay were professional and courteous. I'll keep "Il Piccolo Borgo" in mind as a place to stay in the city.

We only stayed one night, but had a great time. Lucrezia welcomed us and was kind and very helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both the beautiful room and bathroom were spotless. Thanks for everything! Highly recommended if you're in the area.

A really competitive price, and they also provide bottled water for guests. The place was very clean and the owner was helpful. It's in a quiet spot away from traffic, about a two-minute drive from the center of Foligno.
