It's okay, pretty good.

It was a terrible experience. I booked a bed, but the website didn't say, for example, that it would be in a room with only men. The owner contacted me to ask me to cancel the reservation and didn't offer any alternative.

The coffee machine and vending machine for water and other supplies came in handy, and there’s parking beneath the building. We stayed three days last week, and I’ve already booked another room for my daughter, who arrives this evening. The owner was very kind, the rooms comfortable, and the shared bathroom was spotless. The woman who comes in to clean in the morning was friendly too. It’s close to the city center, and the price was excellent. Thank you, S. Francesco.

We’ll definitely come back. Francesco was kind and helpful, always ready to lend a hand, and the location worked really well for us traveling by train. We stayed three nights, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely equipped, with lovely vintage details.

Right in the center of Foligno, with a clean, cozy room and a very kind owner. Five stars.
