Villa Pirignano

A really comfortable room in a lovely place. It’s a great fit if you want to unwind while staying near the shops. I’d definitely recommend it.

Alessia greeted us warmly when we arrived late in the morning and looked after us throughout our stay. From the time we booked, everyone was kind and helpful. We booked two rooms for a short three-day break at B&B "Villa Pirignano". It’s a new property in a very quiet residential part of Foligno, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully detailed. I recommend it to everyone.

Ms. Alessia was attentive to what guests needed, and so available and kind. The price is absolutely reasonable, too. My room was spotless and soundproof, with every comfort. It had a large en-suite shower room and a furnished terrace with a little table and chairs. Every detail felt carefully planned. The B&B is in a beautiful building in a very quiet area.

Foligno makes a handy base for day trips, with several picturesque villages just a few kilometers away. The B&B sits in a quiet residential area between the city center and the more outlying spot with restaurants and a large supermarket. Both are under 2 kilometers away. The property is brand new, with elegant furnishings and some tech features in the rooms. The owners are kind, readily available, and clearly put a lot of care into the project. The rooms were clean and had the listed amenities, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the price felt fair for the quality. We stayed one night with my family. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, though the mild temperature made that manageable. A few things could use attention, perhaps because the place is so new: a wider breakfast selection with savory items as well as sweet ones, possibly asking guests in advance; quicker responses from maintenance companies; and better covering of areas where minor work is still needed. I’m sure management is already working on these small issues and expanding the services. I’d keep it on my favorites list for future trips.
