The rooms felt very old and third-rate, with old, shaky beds. It was so cold inside that it felt like we were sleeping outdoors, and the heaters didn’t work. Water wouldn’t drain in the washroom either. The hotel was very expensive, so I’d never recommend staying here. I had a really bad experience.

The breakfast was generous and excellent, and Anna was wonderful. I only spent one night here, but it felt relaxed and homey, with a friendly atmosphere and people ready to help. I'll be back ❤️ Marco Guidi
