The superior room is very spacious, with room to spare, and well worth choosing. The staff were all genuinely cheerful and couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

My favourite hotel in Italy. Coming back each year feels like coming home. See you again in September. André - Ambasciatore de "La Francescana" in Germania

The half-board meal was a real treat. The owner explained the local dishes in such lovely detail, and they sounded delicious before we even tasted them. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent too, with homemade cakes and pastries plus both sweet and savory choices. Our family room had two bedrooms and a bathroom, with plenty of space. It was spotless, and the towels were replaced every day. The hotel is tucked just behind Foligno's main square in the historic center, and the station is about a 10-minute walk away. It sits in a restricted traffic zone, though the owners can provide permits if you're arriving by car. Great value.

6/10
The room and bathroom felt a little dated, and the shower pressure was rather weak. Those could use some attention. Still, the hotel is right in central Foligno, which made it easy to get around on foot. The staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help, and breakfast had a good variety for a three-star place. The price seemed fair for what was offered. We had a pleasant stay, with the rooms being the main area for improvement.

The rooms were really clean, and the central location was fantastic. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommended.
