The owner is a wonderful young woman, so kind and helpful, and she takes care of every need. The rooms were spotless and had all the comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the station and the city center. Top.

Giulia (the owner) and her mother were so kind and welcoming, with great courtesy, availability, and attention to detail. I also want to thank Alessandra, who looks after the rooms and their upkeep. She was professional, always smiling, and knew just the right thing to say. She really cared about how our vacation was going. Everything was perfect. The room was new, modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was brand new, with a very large shower. The location worked really well, very close to the center and the sea, with a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance.

A clean, comfortable place to unwind just a short walk from the center. Getting in with a key is easy. There’s coffee, tea, and a few simple refreshments to help you recharge after the day.

It was hard to leave Follonica after such a pleasant stay, especially because of the warm welcome at the "Oltremare" guesthouse. Mrs. Giulia took care with the personal touches and details, and everything was clean. We’ll be back!
