The apartment was TOP: cute, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything, including a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, freezer, hairdryer, detergents, and toiletries. Just got back from a wonderful holiday! A big thank you to Mr. Franco for being so kind and available, and for all his advice. We had a wonderful time thanks to him. Bye, Franco, thanks again. ELY FRANCO AND GIORGIA VITALI... goodbye!

The room was large and roomy, with a furnished terrace, refrigerator, and kitchen. Even shower gel was provided in the bathroom. Franco was a great host, attentive, precise, and punctual. I highly recommend the place. Excellent.

The bird theme runs through this one-of-a-kind place, thanks to the owner's collection of objects from around the world. It gives the space a cheerful feel, not an unpleasant one. There are also plenty of airy, spacious areas, which made staying here comfortable and pleasant. Prices were great, and the service was friendly.

Just back from a weekend at the aviary. Franco, the owner, is such a courteous and lovely person. The place is super, super cute, and the rooms were spotless.

It's an unusual, comfortable, welcoming place, and above all it's clean. Franco is a kind, charming, and really lovely person. I recommend it, and we'll keep coming back.
