Villa Anita is right in the heart of Fondi, which made it easy to explore the historic center on foot and get to places like Gaeta and Sperlonga. After being out all day, it was still quiet and welcoming, a nice place to relax. The rooms had what we needed for a comfortable stay and were clean and well kept. The shared areas were inviting too, and the family feel and care for the details helped us feel at home. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable place with a genuine welcome in central Fondi.

The owner was lovely and ready to help. The B&B is beautiful and well cared for, and it has parking on site.

The weak point is accessibility. Otherwise, the service was excellent and everyone was courteous, with fair prices. Breakfast was a fairly standard sweet spread. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with their own entrances, comfortable beds, bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, and mosquito screens. They’re set in a lovely garden, just a short walk from central Fondi, and room service came daily. There’s indoor private parking for six cars.

A lovely town to explore on foot, thanks to the central location. The owners were friendly, and breakfast was very satisfying. The rooms were clean and pleasant, in an elegant property with a garden that’s kept beautifully.

I’ll be back soon. The prices are good, and the central spot makes it easy to reach the nicest seaside places in lower Lazio. There’s also parking inside, which is a big plus. The B&B is part of a larger villa, with a gorgeous garden, almost like a separate annex. It has around ten rooms or mini-apartments, all very clean and well maintained. The owner is lovely and greets guests with a bright smile that makes you feel welcome. Breakfast is simple but good, and the place itself is wonderful.
