Giovanni was exceptionally kind, polite and helpful, and the apartment was clean and had every comfort. There's free parking on site, and you can walk to the beach along the lovely, picturesque Forio promenade. It's an ideal place for a peaceful break on beautiful Ischia. I think it's one of the best places to stay on the island, maybe the best. More than five stars, and highly recommended!

The only downside was the driveway, which isn't easy to manage, especially with a wide car. Mine was 1.88 m across and just about fit. Otherwise, a fantastic spot right near the center of Forio, with a spotless, spacious apartment and a very friendly owner.

Gianni is a friendly owner and always available if you need anything. Chiaia, the nearest beach, is about a 15-minute walk downhill and 25 minutes back uphill. There's also a bus stop and supermarket nearby. Recommended.

Gianni deserves a special mention. He's kind, easy to talk to, attentive to what guests need, and treats them like friends instead of clients. The apartment itself is wonderful, comfortable and welcoming, with good connections to the island's attractions. Highly recommended.

The apartments are clean and well cared for, and the manager is friendly and dependable. It's a good spot for getting around on foot.
