The island is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For the same or less money, you can find more modern airbnbs. The breakfast was very mediocre: dry croissants, a little yoghurt, and cheap salami, nothing like a proper hotel breakfast. The rooms are really old, and the windows don't keep out noise, so you hear it all night. The shower pressure is so low that a nice hot shower isn't something to look forward to. There's no lift either, so good luck with the stairs if you're on the third or fourth floor. One of the male receptionists, in his 40s or 50s, was really kind and lovely. In general, if you like hotels that haven't been renovated in 50 years, this might suit you. Otherwise, try to avoid it.

The food was so good, and the people were brilliant, friendly, and made us feel right at home. I'd highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back.

The pool was the one bright spot, but cleanliness should come first. From the outside, the hotel looks beautiful, while the rooms need a lot of work. Water barely came out of the shower or bidet, and it took minutes for the sink to drain. The walls were cracked, and there was so much dust in the corners that it showed up in a photo.
