Villa Caruso

Gianna was always helpful, and Christian served a wonderful breakfast at the rooftop bar along with excellent bar and restaurant recommendations. The villa is spacious, quiet, very clean, and welcoming, with a friendly family-run feel. We enjoyed the views, the lovely pool, and easy parking and access. It's in a beautiful part of Ischia, with a sandy beach within walking distance. It would suit couples or families well. We'll be back!

The walk to the beach takes about seven minutes, and there are restaurants, lidos, and a market there. Gianna was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed, answering all our questions. We used Giorgio for taxis around the island and to and from the port, and he was a great help. You can ask for his details at the resort. My family and I had a wonderful stay on beautiful Ischia. The balcony view was gorgeous, and our spacious, clean, modern rooms had everything we needed. Grazie Mille! We hope to return one day.

Gianna and Eduardo helped make our honeymoon unforgettable at Villa Caruso. From their warm welcome to the day we left, they were attentive and made us feel as if we were visiting old friends. They were always available with answers and useful tips, from local restaurants and hidden spots to activities around the island. They also arranged reliable, friendly taxi drivers and made sure we got good rates, so exploring was easy. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The terrace views were stunning, a lovely part of our mornings and evenings. We can't recommend Villa Caruso enough. We'll always treasure the memories.

I planned a three-month trip around Europe and researched where to spend a long stay in Ischia. I originally thought about renting an Air BnB villa, but I'm so glad I chose Villa Caruso. It gave me the right mix of independence and service, and as a solo traveller I loved seeing friendly faces each day. I spent 16 nights there and loved it so much I cried when I had to leave. Gianna is a delightful, generous host, and Christian was always a cheerful face around the villa. Their suggestions for things to do and places to eat were spot on. I also highly recommend the guest dinner Umberto cooks at the villa restaurant once a week. The place is beautiful and spotless, with calming views from high on the hill. The walk up from the local shops and restaurants can be tough, though it's a good workout. If you need a taxi, ask for Giorgio. He and his family got me around Ischia for two weeks with lovely Ischian hospitality.
