The room was nothing special, but fine for the price, and breakfast was OK. The location’s handy, about 3 minutes by bike from Forio town center and 5 minutes from Poseidon Gardens. Free parking, too.

The food was a real highlight. Every meal felt homemade, with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, generous portions, and prices that are surprisingly affordable for a tourist island like Ischia. We also felt at home from the start, thanks to the very friendly staff, who were always kind and ready to help. The residence is simple, clean, and well maintained, with the essential comforts; rooms are tidied daily and towels are changed. Getting around is easy on foot or by public transport, and the main bus stop is just a one-minute walk away. It’s an affordable stay with warm hospitality, where we felt looked after throughout. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a simple, authentic, human experience and a peaceful island stay without spending too much. We’ll definitely come back.

We booked through Booking.com for our first trip to Ischia, knowing nothing about the island. Marco, Marialuisa, and the whole family made us feel welcome in their simple, home-like place. They suggested places to see, restaurants, and rentals, and all their recommendations were excellent and convenient. The location works well too, not far from the center, with a five-minute walk to either there or the port. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back. And lots of love and kisses for Zeus too 🐶🦮.
