Hotel Villa Melodie - Adults Only

The sea and mountain views are stunning, with the hotel set in a lush landscape. It’s an adorable hidden gem, and Daniela treats her guests like family. I can’t wait to come back every year.

My sister and I had a fantastic stay. The staff did everything they could to make it one of our best, and the cleaning service was excellent. Forio is only a five-minute bus ride away, while Sant Angelo takes 10 to 15 minutes by taxi or bus. Its lovely boutique shops are worth seeing. We also loved our day trip to the Giardini thermal spa. There are plenty of places to eat in Forio Port, and the ferries are easy to get to for day trips or a return to the mainland. We hope to come back to this wonderful little place ❤️

The pool is nice and big, with a mountain view, and the staff are really nice. Rooms are around a solid 7-8/10. There’s a friendly cat living around the hotel who likes being petted. The coffee’s good too. 9.5/10, I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit Italy!

We’d booked three villas for our family to stay at the same time, then the hotel cancelled out of nowhere. No note, no email, no explanation. Shocking treatment. Since then, we’ve found other places nearby with better accommodation, closer to the beach, and better prices. Avoid. In response to your comment: the booking was made through Expedia, not Booking, and was reserved on a “pay on arrival” basis. You didn’t need or have the right to take money or card details before then. This review is factual and reflects my experience. Trying to charge a card weeks beforehand when we were supposed to pay on arrival tells me all I need to know about the hotel. I’ve also reported the unexplained cancellation to Expedia. I’ll update them that you were trying to take payment early. Bad service.
