The location was great, and the place was super clean. We had a wonderful stay, and freshly prepared breakfast was included in the price.

The pool and hot tub were nice, but the rooms were awful. There was an ant nest in our bathroom. We asked the staff to clean it, but they just gave us ant spray to handle it ourselves. We sprayed the nest and then asked them to clean up the dirt. They said they’d send someone, but nobody came. The place smelled of mould, and other guests mentioned it too. The cup for drinking water in our bathroom was covered in plaque.

I had a poor stay and wouldn’t come back. There were ants everywhere, we didn’t even have basic things like bin bags, the interior felt dull, the beds were hard, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.

The food is the best in Ischia, and the hotel is in an excellent location. It’s run by a wonderful, friendly family.

A chilled-out vibe, friendly staff, and the beach close by. Couldn’t fault this hotel.
