I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star place to me, maybe 2 at most. Both the bedroom and bathroom are in terrible condition and need renovating.

2/10
The breakfast was poor in both variety and overall quality, and the rooms felt dated with very limited facilities. I also don’t understand the four-star rating. The fitness center they advertise has mostly equipment from the 70s, some of it damaged or broken, and even the heaters weren’t working, as the pictures show. I’d avoid this place.

Our company won’t book here again. The hotel felt shabby and lacked any flair, the balcony was completely run down, and reception didn’t come across as professional. It’s on the outskirts of the city, in an area that is predominantly Arab.

8/10
The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was good too. The room may have been a little dated, but otherwise everything was alright for me.

6/10
Breakfast service was incredibly good, and the staff and general service were great. I just didn’t find the mattress comfortable enough, though maybe I was unlucky, and the WiFi was a bit unstable. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a supermarket only a few steps away that opens on Sundays too.
