Hotel Marta Forlì

A convenient place to stay, and nice and clean.

The location right in the city center was a real plus. The staff were friendly and professional, and I'd choose Hotel Marta again next time I'm in town. On arrival they made me feel welcome, arranged parking, and got me checked in quickly. They explained everything, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Since the restaurant was closed because of the pandemic, they suggested a good alternative and I soon had food delivered to the hotel. Breakfast in the cafeteria was great too.

I felt safe choosing this hotel for a two-week stay instead of an Airbnb, and was very happy with the decision. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I stayed in a single room, and there was a fridge downstairs if I needed one. Marta and her sons' Simone and Andrea were helpful, knew the city well, and gave good advice. I appreciated the WhatsApp message to check my arrival time, and there was always a familiar face at reception to welcome me. It works well for both short and longer stays.

The bed was the highlight for me. After several weeks away from home, I slept better than I had in over a month. I even thought about staying in Forlì another two nights just to sleep there again! The hotel is very clean, with good covid safety measures. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's close to the center and a reasonable walk from the main square.
