The farm buildings make for beautiful scenery, and we had a lovely tasting. It's a boutique balsamic farm, with a bed & breakfast on site. The owner was gracious enough to welcome us even though we arrived spontaneously at lunchtime.

A nice, quiet place with private parking. The room was clean, and the bathroom was big.

We didn't stay in the rooms, just stopped to buy balsamic vinegar. Paolo welcomed us so kindly on a Sunday at 12 p.m. and generously offered us a tasting. We left with two bags of his excellent vinegar, with bottles of different ages.
