The staff were great, and the rooms were clean, though small. The TV is ridiculously tiny. This hotel is fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t stay long: there isn’t much to do nearby and no shops close by. You’d need a taxi into modena just to get to a shop.

The rooms are spacious, and my crew members liked them too. We had good food, and it’s a beautiful hotel. The staff didn’t speak much English, but we managed to understand each other. I’d certainly recommend it.

I couldn’t get a receipt when I paid, even though I’d asked for one in the reservation. Communication was difficult because the receptionist barely spoke other languages and the signs were mostly Italian and misleading. There were no instructions for finding the room or turning on the lights, and there was no Wi-Fi. The bathroom door lock didn’t work either.

When we come to Maranello each year for the social event “Notte Rossa (red night),” this is my favourite place to stay. There are four of us friends, and we like the room and location. Breakfast is especially nice when the weather lets us eat outside.

Breakfast costs 5€ extra and isn’t included in the room price. The hotel occupies two country buildings, with an old-fashioned look typical of the regional countryside. It’s quite nice.
