Being close to the ski resort was the one real plus on our school ski trip in January. We were cold all night because they wouldn't turn up the heat, and the bathroom was so chilly it felt like your pee could freeze. Getting hot water for a shower took ages, and some showers were so tiny that a bigger person wouldn't fit. The balcony doors kept swinging open on their own, the coffee definitely wasn't Italian-style, and the maids moved our things around for no reason.

The host was lovely, the food was very nice, and everything was really clean. The location worked well, and the price was great for a family of four. Our room and bathroom felt small and dated, like they were still in the 80s, though. With more modern decor and beds that were cosier, I'd have given it five stars. I'd come back, as long as I got a better room.

We had a lovely time with all the staff, and a big thank you to them. The restaurant food was great, and breakfast was wonderful, with lots of variety. The hotel is also very conveniently placed, close to the ski slopes. See you again!
