Nice location. The beds weren’t separate in a way that worked for romantic exercises. Right food.

Everything else was impeccable, and the breakfast and housekeeping staff deserve special thanks. They were all polite, professional and always available. I want to be clear that my two-star rating for the service isn’t about the staff themselves. It’s about how an unreasonable situation was handled. We rented two bicycles from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, using them for just two hours, but were charged for the full day. The receptionist couldn’t help because the manager wasn’t there and couldn’t be reached. It’s not about the €20 fee, but a matter of principle. We had planned to return in August, but after this we’ll choose another property. My advice to the owners: value and retain your staff, because they’re truly valuable, and try to be more commercially flexible. That would undoubtedly bring benefits.

The room itself was clean, the bathroom was tidy, and both the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. Some of the staff were courteous, including the young employee who handled check-in and was kind and helpful. But our stay was let down by several details. When we arrived, my partner had to get out of the car to ask where to park. We were told we could leave it inside the property for €15, with no other options mentioned and no offer to unload our luggage first. My partner is pregnant, so I expected a bit more consideration. I managed to sort things out myself and we settled in without further trouble. The minibar was the biggest issue in the room. It contained moldy food leftovers, as shown in the photos. I called reception, and someone came to remove them, but I expected the fridge to be cleaned right away. Instead, we were told it would happen the next day, after we had already checked out. The older woman at the property also had an attitude toward guests that didn't seem right for a hospitality business. The double bed was two single beds pushed together, which I find uncomfortable. At breakfast, we found only sweet options at first and then learned eggs cost extra. We ordered them, but they weren't as good as expected. At checkout, nobody asked about our stay. We were charged €5 for the eggs even though the dining room listed them at €4, and the price was corrected only after I pointed it out. The rooms were clean and some staff were nice, but the lack of care with service and small details left me with a negative impression.

We had a comfortable, quiet room with a good bed, and the hotel's location was perfect. Everything was very clean, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. A lovely stay, thank you Luisa. I'd happily recommend it.
