Country House Erba Regina

Our accommodation was brand new, clean, and comfortable, and though it was very cold while we were there, the heating worked great. We enjoyed our four days here. I caught a cold, so we had to eat at the house every night, and Maria Regina took great care to cook vegetarian meals for us. We tried some of the vegetables grown on the farm and her lovely herb teas. She was kind with her time and very accommodating, even offering a lift to Frascati, which is 3 km away. We also paid a very reasonable rate for airport pickup. Thank you, Maria Regina!

Coming from Asia, we decided on the countryside rather than central Rome, and Erba Regina was the perfect place to unwind in the quiet comfort of the farm. Regina looked after us so well and served healthy, hearty food. It was a special experience, and we’ll always remember our time there.

Our only regret is that we stayed just two nights. Maria has put her heart and soul into her agriturismo, and it shows. She and her staff made the experience better than advertised. The modern accommodations fit well with the country house setting, and Maria was warm, hands on, and welcoming, making us feel at home in the beautiful countryside. The food was delicious and simply elegant, with herbs featured in the dishes and drinks. It gave us a greater appreciation of the botanical setting. Maria even invited us to gather herbs and help cook. We had a wonderful stay at Erba Regina!

Wonderful. Regina is a superb host, and this place is a little haven for relaxing. The herb farm gave us an incredible sensory experience, especially the scent.
