There’s a spacious terrace with amazing views of Rome, and if you have a car, you can park it on the premises. Down in the cellar there’s a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Keep in mind this is a residence, not a hotel: the long-stay apartments are mainly used by workers from nearby research institutes, and rooms are serviced only once a week. The rooms are very basic, with uncomfortable beds, a tiny bathroom, and even smaller showers. There’s no soap, so bring your own. Some rooms have a basic kitchen. It’s about a 10-minute walk downhill from central Frascati. Reception isn’t staffed around the clock, so arrange your arrival in advance.

The rooms are a decent size, and the staff were helpful. The food was adequate. The AC didn’t really work, though, and the showers are tiny. There’s no soap or shampoo in the room, so remember to bring your own. A typical Italian hotel experience.

Breakfast is included and very good, with plenty to choose from, from croissants to ham and cheese. The service is good, and staff are always available to help. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with a TV and AC that can be set to hot or cold. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk downhill from the center of Frascati.

The apartments are nice, and at least some have a terrace with a lovely view of Roma. The building has been completely refurbished as an apartment hotel with all the amenities. It’s fairly far from downtown Frascati, and traffic gets jammed every morning because there are two schools nearby. In fact, it’s no longer a hotel.

The hotel was okay, and the staff were helpful, but it feels old inside and needs some renovation. It’s an old-style hotel in a quiet residential area near Frascati, and it’s one of the recommended options for visitors to ENEA research center.
