The farm is fantastic, and the restored mill, mulino, is beautifully done. They even started it up just for us and showed us the original equipment used to make polenta, explaining the whole process. Our kids were amazed. We also got to talk with the owner and staff, who were welcoming and very friendly. They shared lots of tips for local hikes and activities.

Falling asleep to the sound of water and waking up to a generous breakfast made for a lovely stay. I especially liked having my first coffee in the sun beside the stream. The place has a fairy-tale feel, and it’s clean and well kept. The owner was kind and always available. I can only recommend it!

We only came to see the historic mill, not to stay overnight. The man who welcomed us was really nice and professional, and explained both the mill’s history and how it works. It’s close to Molina waterfall park, about a 10-minute walk away. The place looked charming and romantic, so if you get the chance, I’d suggest spending a night here.

Sarah makes this a place where you feel right at home. It’s easy to walk to the park and village, and the live mill was cool to see. We had a great family stay. The rooms are very spacious, breakfast was great, and the rooftop pool was a lovely way to end the day.

Parco delle cascate is just a 10-minute walk from the Veraghi mill, and there are several other hikes nearby. The B&B is surrounded by beautiful nature, with Lake Garda close by and Verona about a 35-minute drive away. It has been completely renovated and feels both modern and authentic. It’s a beautiful place to stay, a real hidden gem. Agostino and his family are the nicest hosts you could imagine. They do everything they can to make your stay good, and they can tell you all about the mill and its stunning history. Definitely ask them about it. If you’re driving to Verona, here’s a tip: you can park for free at Porta Palio, then walk 15 minutes from there.
