The welcome and service were the best parts of our stay. We were three adults, and everyone was kind and helpful. At breakfast on the enclosed patio, we especially loved Palmira. She made us feel as if our mom were there with us. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, and when we checked out early for a tour on our last day, the staff kept our bags until we got back that afternoon. Our room had a double bed and a sofa that opened into another double. Once it was set up, the room and bathroom felt very cramped, though that mattered less since we spent most of the day out and mainly used the room to sleep. Our first-night arrival was late, but the check-in instructions made everything easy. The hospitality was superb, and we'd gladly stay again. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was small in size but had plenty of substance, and the staff were friendly. The place itself was very good for a stay in Rome, even though it's on the fifth floor. A few things were inconvenient: there was no complimentary drink or water when we arrived, and the TV showed four channels, none of which worked. Also, nobody was working there after 7 pm, so if you needed something in the evening, you'd have to wait until the next day.

The rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean, and breakfast each morning was lovely. The staff were so warm and welcoming, always ready to help, and we felt very well looked after. After travelling all the way from Australia, we found the accommodation just right. We'd happily recommend Concept Terrace. Thanks to the wonderful team!

For a romantic trip to Rome, the suite with the balcony is a lovely choice. It's a nice, romantic room with a great balcony, and I'd highly recommend it. Trevi fountain, pantheon, and Villa Burghese Park are all within walking distance. Transport connections are good too.

The only real issue for us was the shower. Hot water ran out after about 40 minutes. If you're bringing several devices, remember to pack a 3-pronged travel adapter. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the owners were helpful and provided great service. Breakfast is complimentary for just one day.
