The bed was really comfortable, and the room was quiet and felt safe. Luca was a great host. It’s handy for the main station, with decent restaurants nearby and the Colosseum close enough to walk to. The decor and facilities fit the low price. I’d recommend it to budget travellers and would stay again.

It’s taken us a while to write this, but we really enjoyed our four nights here in July. The place is quaint and very well priced for where it is, around 20 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and just five minutes from Termini. Even in 40-degree heat, the air conditioning and private shower made the room comfortable. It was cleaned every day, too. The staff were lovely and friendly. My partner had a good laugh with the owner and left him a bottle of limoncello. We’ll be back!

Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable, clean and affordable. We found a few nice cafes and restaurants close by, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rome’s attractions are within walking distance, and the train and bus terminals for fumicino or chiampino airports are nearby.

We found bed bugs covering the bed when we turned on the lights in the middle of the night. We left at 2 am. The rooms were disgusting, smelly and not comfortable at all. I wouldn't pay a cent to stay here. Be careful, and trust what you read.

We lasted only 15 minutes. The hotel felt creepy and dirty, and the rooms seemed full of bedbugs. A quick look was enough to convince us to get out as fast as we could. The room didn't look like the photos, and the mattresses were stained with urine and covered in bedbugs. Horrible.
