The staff were so friendly and did their best to help with everything we needed. The building and our room both feel a little dated, though the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant, but breakfast could be better. The location made it easy to get to different attractions, including the wonderful Sanctuary of Paola. I stayed here with my family in mid-July, and the family-friendly atmosphere made for a pleasant visit.

It’s about 2.5 km from the sea, and you really need a car to get there. There’s supposedly a walking path, but overgrown plants have completely blocked it. The building gives an almost abandoned impression. Service was excellent, though there were a few flaws. Our room was spacious, but had plenty of problems: there were three beds, one badly worn, though luckily an extra bed was available. The air conditioning didn’t work at first, but they fixed it quickly. The towels we got at check-in had holes.

The area doesn’t offer much, just one shop, and getting to the nearby sea is difficult despite it being so close. The hotel feels past its prime. Rooms are basic and small but clean, although the towels are old; the showers are tiny, and the elevator barely fits two people. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked fine, but we couldn’t turn on the TV. Staff were friendly, dinner was delicious, and there’s a pool at the hotel. It’s fine for a night while traveling somewhere else, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.
