Hotel Acrux

I worked in several hotels myself, so I know what it takes to treat customers from different cultures well and make them feel satisfied. Here, my family and I felt disrespected in some of the services. Hotels can have rules, but they should also understand families with young children. I wonder if discrimination still happens in some hotels in Italia, because I felt skin color may have affected how we were treated. Each morning, the housekeepers cleaned our room but left no face towels. Several times I had to search for their trolley on each floor to get towels for myself and the kids. When I greeted some staff members, they stayed silent and didn't answer. Is that considered proper hotel service?

We booked at the last minute, without checking reviews or asking for recommendations, and Filippo greeted us so warmly and courteously. The whole staff were incredibly kind. We chose full board, and the food was excellent with generous portions. The beach service was just 120 meters away and equally good. The team had that familiar Romagna feel, like family, and the same passion as always! 💗

The hotel is right in the center and close to the sea, which made the location excellent. Mrs. Giovanna suggested Bagno 17, and we're grateful for the tip. My husband, Lauro, and I spent a weekend here at the end of August, and we would happily have stayed longer. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a wonderful place. Everyone was helpful and kind, from reception and the waiters to the housekeepers, chef, and Mrs. Giovanna. We'll be back, and we recommend it.

We spent a few days here and had a good stay. The place was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very welcoming, especially Filippo at reception.
