Hotel & Residence Continental

They put a lot of effort into keeping guests happy. This Hotel And Residence deserves every star.

Really beautiful.

We were there last week with my children, who are 8 and 11. The rooms were clean and updated, and the pool was well cared for, with lots of loungers and sunshine. Our room was a little cramped for four, so there wasn't much room for our belongings, but we made it work. The restaurant was well kept and the food tasted good. Portions seemed a bit small, but you could ask for more and be satisfied. The junior club wasn't running because there were too few children, so mine didn't use it. Being right in town, though, it was easy to take a short walk and keep them happy. The baby club looked very well attended. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the hotel has been completely renovated. I'd recommend it, especially to families with younger children. A couple of small additions, like a microfiltered water dispenser in shared spaces and more activities for kids, could make a big difference.

The private beach was spacious and lovely, only a few steps from the hotel. Our room was clean, and the service stayed top-notch. At the buffet restaurant, the staff were attentive and courteous, and the food was good with a decent range of dishes. The fruit and desserts were limited, and for children the pasta first courses didn't vary. The experience at the Continental Hotel was positive overall, though there were some practical annoyances. The bidet was nearly unusable because it sat less than 20 cm from the wall. There was no bathroom shelf, and the closets had no shelves for clothes. During the evening baby dance, the pool area felt cramped, as the loungers were often left in place and the kids struggled to move around.
