A great stay, with a lovely room, balcony, and an ideal location. I don't get the one-star reviews. If you're staying at a BnB right in the old town, you can't expect four-star hotel standards.

We had no Siem conditioner all night, and when we opened the door she yelled at us. She runs the hotel and was extremely rude and dishonest: she quoted one price over the phone, then raised it when we arrived. Typical cat lady.

I was disappointed by how Irene reacted to our luggage coming into the hotel after we'd been shipwrecked. She seemed to object and left us with even more problems. Glad we'd booked for just one night.

Really lovely rooms and friendly people all around. We'd recommend it!

The room was dirty, and the bed had hair all over it.
