The apartment looks nice, but it falls short in a lot of practical ways. There were four of us, yet we had to make do with the sofa bed. We only accepted that because everything else was booked for our dates. For four guests, the price was about what other places charged, but they would have provided proper beds and service for everyone. The parking situation was especially frustrating. We were told one of the two spaces was reserved for the owner's car, but she never parked there, so we had to pay for parking every day. There was only a moka pot for coffee, no TV in the bedroom, and no full-length mirror anywhere in the apartment. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the only TV had no antenna, and there were exposed electrical wires. If the place can't properly accommodate four people, the price should reflect that or the setup should be changed.

Freshwater Pirates made our time in Gaeta feel easy and comfortable. It's just a short walk from the sea and one of the city's most charming areas, and the apartment is bright, spotless, and furnished with new pieces. The welcome was attentive but never intrusive, and the amenities were good throughout. Every detail seemed arranged to make the trip straightforward. I'd choose it again without hesitation, especially for the comfort and style. Thanks in particular to Chiara.

I've been coming back to Luca and Chiara for at least three years, and they're consistently kind and ready to help with whatever I need. The homes are renovated, tastefully furnished, and still have that new-place smell. They're also only a three-minute walk from the beach, with private parking, which is hard to find in Gaeta. The vacation home is well equipped and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying with them.

We booked through Booking.com, and the staff were there to meet us when we arrived. They were really helpful, with good suggestions for places to see and eat. The apartment was comfortable, with a big balcony, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach and some lovely restaurants were close by. We had a wonderful stay, thank you ❤️

We stayed at Freshwaters Apartments with family while celebrating my wedding, and the flowers I'd chosen for the day were already arranged in the apartments when we arrived. That attention to detail made the occasion feel extra special. We were also welcomed with prosecco and a delicious cake, a lovely gesture. The apartments were spacious, very clean, and air-conditioned, and the beach was only steps away, perfect for walks by the water. I had an unforgettable stay and would happily recommend the place for a holiday or a special occasion. I can't wait to come back.
