It had a warm, homey feel and an ocean-inspired look. The place was clean and roomy, with an authentic Italian style. It worked perfectly for me and a friend, and would suit a family too. Good value for the money.

We brought our dog along and found dog-friendly beaches without any trouble. Little Art House is in Gaeta’s historic center, with the sea and everyday amenities only a short walk away, plus a gorgeous panoramic view. The layout is split over two floors: the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are downstairs, and both upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning and a small balcony. Mrs. Ida was kind and helpful throughout. It was lovely to see her art throughout her home, including the furnishings and paintings. She also gave us a coupon for the restricted traffic zone and parking. I’d recommend staying here for the location and price, and for Ida’s professionalism and empathy.

The price was fair, and we had a great two-night stay. The house is just a few steps from the center and the sea, and the owner was very kind, sharing information on places to visit and where to shop. The decor has a fun, whimsical feel, with little artworks everywhere, even on the refrigerator and bathroom door. There was a nice surprise around each corner. Everything was perfect, and I hope we get to come back!
