Set high up in medieval Gaeta, the location feels special, and our seaview room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Anne looked after us so well, even driving us to "300 Steps Beach" for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended!

The renovation is lovely, and the rooms are spotless with beautiful bathrooms. We had breakfast outside on the terrace, looking out over the sea from this authentic, distinctive spot.

I strongly advise against this place, especially because of how the owner handled things afterward. I called to book, but she had no room available. She did find me somewhere for one night at €130, though she wouldn't take card payment. She also charged me €10 for a ticket she said would let me park in the blue lines and enter the restricted traffic zone. Almost three months later, Gaeta local police sent me an €80 fine for driving in that zone. When I contacted the B&B owner, she told me I should just pay it instead of appealing.

Breakfast is around a big table, so everyone eats together like family. I stayed in the medieval center thanks to Anna, and it gave me a chance to explore this fantastic village more closely. The recently renovated property is beautiful, and my room was comfortable with air conditioning, two sofas, a record player, and coffee always available. Mine had an en-suite bathroom, though not every room does, so check when booking. There’s also a little hallway balcony where you can enjoy wine from the well-stocked minibar and look over the harbor. Serapo beach, what a sea, is a short walk or a few bus stops away. Have a great stay!
