The apartment was spacious and clean, and the on-site pool was nice. The manager, his family, and the staff were very helpful, supportive, and kind, and the service was great. Most nights had parties, but they didn’t bother us or our children, who slept well. Still, keep that in mind if you want somewhere quiet. It’s best to have a car to get around easily. I’d recommend staying here.

The owner and staff were incredibly helpful. The apartments look out onto a courtyard with a pool, which is shared and open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Formia and Vindicio Beach are only a few minutes away by car.

This was our second stay, after finding the place by chance about a year ago in a vacation rental group and booking as soon as I saw the photos. We came back in September for a weekend with another couple of friends, and they had a wonderful time too. The first visit was in July with friends and our two-year-old daughter, and we loved it. Raffaele is kind and always ready to help. The apartments are comfortable and good value, with two bedrooms, a sofa bed, kitchen, small living room, bathroom, and little ground-floor balcony with tables and chairs. Perfect for dinner or cards after the beach. The pool is always super clean. I highly recommend it.

We only had two days, which felt too short, and we’ll definitely come back next year. A friend invited us for a weekend break, and it was a real escape from everyday life. The Cicerone oasis was incredibly relaxing. The apartments were welcoming and clean, the pool stayed clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Great value for money, and only 10 minutes from the sea.

The apartment was nice, though nothing special. After 7:00 PM the pool is dark. You really need a car for the beach and town center, including the supermarket, tobacconist, and bar. It’s a 10-minute drive, but walking takes 20-25 minutes. Without a car, getting there with bags, kids, and everything else can be inconvenient. Rating: 5
